Private Mediation & Dispute Resolution Services for Businesses

If you’re in a business dispute, whether it’s based on a contract, a partnership or a verbal agreement, we offer flat fee mediation or arbitration services.

We offer half or full day, flat fee packages. The packages include time to review any relevant contracts or documents and we ask that you submit position statements at least five days in advance.

Mediation takes place in our private center city or Ardmore conference room or via Zoom.
